News about Android are transferred to a side show at the annual Google Programmers conference, Google I/O.next month. On Monday, the company announced that it would share information about the latest updates coming to the Android ecosystem during the upcoming virtual event entitled “The Android Show: I/O Edition”, broadcast on May 13.
The decision to transfer parts of Android Google We/O to your own separate event before the start of We/W suggests that this year's programmers' conference may be even more heavy AI than usual. AI news and updates have already dealt with a longer and longer consumer addresses and Google I/O programmers.
Google, however, cades this change differently.
Instead, the company claims that there were “so many new things to share” about Android that it decided to create a special event – the edition of We/O His Android show Video podcast – as another way to provide the latest news and changes. He also notes that Android will still be present at We/O in channels and technical sessions for programmers.
Despite this, the transfer of most Android News to a virtual program before the main event is a noteworthy change in programming of developers conference. Regardless of whether this is because there is “too many messages” or because Google has decided that Android news did not require such a high settlement as in previous years.
